Moment Saved™

A note from the founder

Hi, I'm Renee.

I'm a Business and Computer Science teacher in the largest school district in Georgia. Every day I try to show my students that the skills they're building — coding, problem solving, and entrepreneurial thinking — can become something that genuinely makes the world a better place.

"I just want people to share how much they care — to thank those who choose to be part of our lives, invest in us, and us in them. One Moment Saved™ at a time."

Moment Saved is my proof of that.

Why I built Moment Saved

I built it because I kept noticing something that quietly broke my heart. The most meaningful moments of our lives were disappearing. The toasts. The advice. The prayers. The stories only certain people carry. Cards got tucked in a drawer. Videos got buried in someone's camera roll. Voices got lost.

And I noticed a quiet gap between generations. My generation writes the card. The younger generation gives the hug, says it in person, sends a text, and means every word — they just don't reach for a stamp. Neither one is wrong. They just express love differently. Some of the most meaningful messages we've seen were recorded by people who would never have sat down to write a letter.

I wished I had saved more. I wished the people who showed up for the moments that mattered most had left something I could still hear. So I built the thing I wished existed.

The moment I realized cards weren't enough

Moment Saved™ is a gentle, private place for guests to leave video messages, stories, photos and notes — and for the host to reply with a real thank you that actually gets sent. A handwritten card takes a week. A video reply takes a minute. Both are love. One is just easier to keep.

What started as a wedding idea

What started as a wedding idea became something bigger. Retirements. Graduations. Memorials. A baby's first year. A teacher's last class. A Save the Moment that starts the love story before the wedding day even arrives. Every one of those moments deserves a better way to keep the voices and gratitude that fade too fast.

Why this matters to me

I'm not a venture-backed startup. I'm a teacher with a husband, two grown sons, two beagles, and now a future daughter-in-love.

If you choose Moment Saved™ for your moment, thank you. Truly. I'll be the one reading your emails.
