A moment is one guest's message — a video, a voice note, a written note, or a set of photos sent together. A guest who shares several photos at once counts as one moment, not one per photo.

If more moments arrive than your keepsake includes, the extras wait quietly nearby for you to bring in. Nobody is ever turned away.

Yes. Hosts have complete control and can permanently remove any message from their dashboard at any time. If you're a guest who sent something by mistake and prefer not to ask the host, just email hello@momentsaved.com and we'll take care of it for you.

No. Guests can contribute from their phone, a computer, or a shared iPad at your event — it opens right in the browser. No app, no signup, no password.

When the day is over, your collection shifts into a preserved keepsake — a replayable collection you can revisit, download, share clips from, and reply to with thank-yous. It's hosted for the first year; after that you can keep it live or let it rest. Either way, downloads always stay free and we never delete your keepsake unless you ask.

Every keepsake includes 1 year of hosting. After that, keep it live for $10/year — or download everything free. Nothing renews on its own: we email you at 11 months and 12 months. If you don't renew, your keepsake rests — files stay stored, downloads still work, and streaming and sharing pause until you reactivate. We never delete your keepsake unless you ask.

Four sizes, all one-time. Keepsake Hello is $25 for up to 25 moments. Keepsake Gathering is $50 for up to 50 moments. Keepsake Celebration is $100 — our most loved — for up to 150 moments. If your circle pours in more memories than your keepsake includes, you can add a little more room — +$25 for 50 more moments, on any tier, whenever you're ready. Guests are never blocked in the meantime; their memories simply wait nearby until you bring them in.
