Because a memory doesn't expire. You shouldn't have to pay every month to keep something that happened once and mattered forever. Moment Saved™ is yours to keep — your keepsake price is paid once, and downloads always stay free. There are only two optional costs: $25 for 50 more moments if your circle outgrows your size, and $10/year to keep streaming and sharing live after your first year.
How long do we keep your memories?
1 year of hosting included. Then $10/year to keep it live — or download everything free.
Keep it live after year one: $10/year, paid only if you choose.
Every keepsake includes a full year of hosting — streaming and your private share link, no extra steps. After year one, $10/year keeps it live. It never renews on its own: we email you at 11 months and again at 12 months, and you decide. If you don't renew, your keepsake rests — everything stays stored, downloads keep working, and streaming and sharing pause until you reactivate (anytime, $10/year).
And because your memories belong to you — not us — every video, voice note, photo and written memory is downloadable in its original format anytime, free. We never delete your keepsake unless you ask. If anything ever changes, you'll get a clear path to download everything first.
